No silly string? Seriously?

Okay, so apparently silly string has been banned in Hollywood (on Halloween only) because the clean-up costs are immense when people go crazy with the stuff. I get it. I really do. But I just can’t take a street sign seriously if it has the words “silly string” on it.
Can’t you just imagine it? “This is the LAPD. You’re surrounded. Lower your silly string immediately.” Ha!
