So I’m reading – actually, I’m listening to – this book called The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity: A Simple Guide to Unlimited Abundance by Edwene Gaines. One of this lady’s recommendations that I found intriguing is to avoid negative talk for 21 days straight. No gossiping, no complaining, no sarcasm… no sarcasm?! What will I say?
I’ve noticed over the last several weeks that I’ve grown increasingly more weary of hearing negative talk around me. I’m even kind of tired of hearing (and of making!) the sarcastically caustic comments that I used to find sooo funny and clever. I’m going to take Ms. Edwene’s challenge and try this. For 21 days, I am not going to engage in negative talk of any kind. Day 1 starts August 16.
This should be interesting.
